NOMS Agency Framework Document
 
The National Offender Management Service (NOMS) Agency Framework Document, which outlines the Services' obligations and the freedoms it has to deliver them, has now been agreed.

It confirms NOMS as an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice and sets out what it is responsible for delivering and how it should operate.
